Stroke is one of the health problems with high morbidity and mortality rates that occurs worldwide. Stroke patients will require a long rehabilitation program, depending on the severity of the symptoms that appear. This will then cause most stroke patients to have problems with psychological well-being. In addition, the psychological well-being of stroke patients is associated with spiritual well-being, family support, and social support. This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual well-being, family support, and social support with the psychological well-being of stroke patients. This study used a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 65 stroke patients in the internal medicine polyclinic of Depati Hamzah Hospital, Pangkalpinang City on May 29, 2024 - June 23, 2024. The data collected were then analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship between spiritual well-being (p-value = 0.000), family support (p-value = 0.000), and social support (p-value = 0.000) with psychological well-being in stroke patients. It is expected that service institutions will improve rehabilitation services and always involve the family and people closest to the patient to be involved in the patient's rehabilitation care.
